Donald A. Petkus
Don Pekus is former Stonewater CEO and past President and Chief Executive Officer of UT Holdings Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Chicago-based Unicom Corporation (Unicom) and a sister company to Commonwealth Edison Company (ComEd), one of the nation's largest electric utilities. Mr. Petkus was previously Senior Vice President at both Unicom and ComEd and has more than 36 years' experience in the energy industry.
Michael T. Tokarz
Mike Tokarz is Chairman of The Tokarz Group, a leveraged buy-out and investment banking firm. He is a former General Partner at Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts & Co., and has participated in diverse leveraged buyouts, financings, restructuring and dispositions. He serves on numerous corporate boards including Walter Industries, Inc.; IDEX Corporation; Evenflo Company, Inc.; Spalding Holdings Corporation; Kamaz; and Lomonosov. He is also active on the endowment committee and Board of Directors of the Rye YMCA. He received his undergraduate degree and MBA in finance from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant.
